Meetings are held the second Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m. at the Government Center, 315 Bridge Street, Elk Rapids, MI 49629. Meetings will be virtual via Zoom when meetings cannot be held in person. The Elk Rapids District Library will comply with CDC and MDHHS guidelines during a pandemic. All meetings are open to the public.
